SUPPLIES (Mask wsl_mask 364)
#1. Open paper pp3.jpg Shift + D to
duplicate the window , Close the original
The duplicated bkg window is now your working image.
Right click on the paper layer and promote to bkg
layer. Apply your mask to the paper bkg...using the settings
below... Merge/ Merge group
Set the mask layers Blend Mode to HARD LIGHT. I
noticed on the mask layer the creator kind of had a flattened area
on top and bottom of the design.
I used the erase tool set at 0 for hardness and erase
that area.. where you couldn't see the mistake on the mask.
#2. Open frame 21.png resize it 80% copy
and paste it over to your working image..
Use your magic wand and click on the inside of the
frame....Selections/ Modify/ Expand 10 pixels..
Drag pp2.jpg over to your working image... INVERT the
selection and CUT... add your tube you are going to use on top
of the frame.. your image should look like below by
#3. Open element 3a.png resize 40% Duplicate put one
rose on each side behind the tube.
Open element 13.png resize 70% duplicate .
Position on each side behind the tube.
Element 25.png resize 55%
element 28.png resize 45%
element 15.png resize 70%
element 23.png resize 75% erase the top of the
element 6.png resize 45% duplicate twice.
sharpen all layers of it.
element 17.png resize 65% duplicate
#4. Don't forget your 3D drop shadow on all your
element 2.png resize 60%
element 1.png resize 50%
#5. Add a new layer , drag it to the bottom of the
layer palette.. fill with white.
below is how you place all the elements
#6. Duplicate the fireworks layer (all the fireworks
layers were merged) 2 times so you have 3 layers of the
Duplicate also the disco ball layer 2 times so you
have 3 of its layers
#7. Apply the noise effect on each one of the
fireworks layers using these settings below
starting with 30% then 35% and 40% on the
bottom of the fireworks layers.
#8. One each of the disco balls apply EyeCandy 5
Texture/ texture noise
On the Settings tab pick the subtle shadows then on
the basic tab use the settings below
#9. now hide the 2 extra layers of the
fireworks have the top one showing on the layer palette. And hide
the 2nd and 3rd
disco ball layer hid and have that top disco ball
layer showing plus ALL
the other layers showing...you could merge all the
other layers it would make it easier.. That's what I did.
#10 . Right click on the top of the image and
open your animation shop and paste as a new
Back to PSP and hide the top layers of the disco ball
and gold sparkles and UN hide the 2nd layer of the disco ball and
everything else showing.. Right click and COPY MERGE
over to animation shop and paste behind current frame..
back to PSP and hide the 2nd layers of the disco ball
and gold sparkles and UN hide the bottom one of each...
Right click COPY MERGE.. over to Animation shop and
paste behind the current frame.. you should have 3 frames to your
Check the animation.. if all looks correct.. Save as
Whoopp!!! you're done
