SUPPLIES (Mask  wsl_mask 364)

#1. Open paper pp3.jpg   Shift + D to duplicate the window  , Close the original

The duplicated bkg window is now your working image.

Right click on the paper layer and promote to bkg layer.  Apply your mask to the paper bkg...using the settings below... Merge/ Merge group

Set the mask layers Blend Mode to HARD LIGHT.  I noticed on the mask layer the creator kind of had a flattened area on top and bottom of the design.

I used the erase tool set at 0 for hardness and erase that area.. where you couldn't see the mistake on the mask.

#2. Open frame 21.png  resize it 80%  copy and paste it over to your working image..

Use your magic wand and click on the inside of the frame....Selections/ Modify/ Expand  10 pixels..

Drag pp2.jpg over to your working image... INVERT the selection and CUT... add your tube you are going to use on top

of the frame.. your image should look like below by now.

#6. Duplicate the fireworks layer (all the fireworks layers were merged)  2 times so you have 3 layers of the fireworks

Duplicate also the disco ball layer 2 times so you have 3 of its layers

#7. Apply the noise effect on each one of the fireworks layers using these settings below

starting with 30%  then 35% and 40% on the bottom of the fireworks layers.

#8. One each of the disco balls apply EyeCandy 5 Texture/ texture noise

On the Settings tab pick the subtle shadows then on the basic tab use the settings below

#9.  now hide the 2 extra layers of the fireworks have the top one showing on the layer palette. And hide the 2nd and 3rd

disco ball layer hid and have that top disco ball layer showing plus ALL

the other layers could merge all the other layers it would make it easier.. That's what I did.

Sample below.

#10 . Right  click on the top of the image and COPY MERGE

open your animation shop and paste as a new animation.

Back to PSP and hide the top layers of the disco ball and gold sparkles and UN hide the 2nd layer of the disco ball and gold sparkles..

everything else showing.. Right click and COPY MERGE  over to animation shop and paste behind current frame..

back to PSP and hide the 2nd layers of the disco ball and gold sparkles and UN hide the bottom one of each...

Right click COPY MERGE.. over to Animation shop and paste behind the current frame.. you should have 3 frames to your animation now..
