This tutorial was written using PSP
on May 12, 2016
Plugin used: Textures/Vitrail
#1. Open paper 4.jpg
Shift + D to duplicate the image.. close the original.
the copy is now your working image.
Right click on its layer on the
layer palette and promote background layer.
Apply the Textures/ Vitrail to the
paper using these settings below.
#2. Apply the mask that was in your
supplies zip to the paper using the settings below.
#3. Merge/ merge group.. duplicate
the mask layer and flip it.
use your selection tool and cut
half of the mask off.. the lighter side of the duplicated mask...
so that you can see both dark sides
of the mask
Merge the two mask layers
together.. then duplicate again.. to darken the mask.
#4. Your mask layer should look
like below now.
#5. Go to image/ canvas size/ 900 x
900 center justify
Open element 96.png (round lace
frame) copy and paste it over to your working image
Use your deformation tool to pull
out the corners of the mask layer.. don't enlarge it where it goes
over the edges.
#6. The frame already has a 3D drop
shadow on it.. BUT its not on the lace part.. so apply a shadow on
frame.. V= 2 H=2 46Opacity
blur 9 black, have it checked 'shadow on new layer'
Erase on the shadow layer just on
the inside where the dots are.. so it wont be so dark.
#7. Open the prettyscene.png that
was in the supplies zip.. copy and paste it below the frame layer.
position it like you want.. erase
the extra that's sticking out from under the frame.
#8. Open element 106.png (lilac
cluster) resize 60%
duplicate the layer and mirror the
Open element 102.png (bow) Mirror
it.. copy and paste over to working image.
don't forget your 3dDrop shadows on
all your elements
#9. Open element 63.png (lilac
cluster) resize 65% erase the stem on it.
Your image should look like below.
#10. Open the tube your going to
use.. if you use the one I do.. resize 85% mirror.
Resize ALL layers 88% go to image/
canvas size 900 x 900 center justify.
Add a new layer on bottom of layer
palette and fill with white.
Open the text file image that was
in supplies zip.. resize 60%
Open element 119.png (bird) resize
Your image should look like the one
#11. Don't forget your copy right
info for your tube.
Merge all layers now and right
click on top of window and COPY
Open your animation shop.. and
right click on its desktop and paste as a new animation.
Open the purpleheartsglitter.mng
that was in the supplies zip.. Notice it has 14 frames..
Ctrl + A to select all the
frames... duplicate the one framed animation from PSP till it has 14
Click, hold and drag F:1 of the
purple hearts over to F: 1 of the new animation. Let go of mouse
when you place it in correct place..
Note: do not place too far to the
right.. or it will cut off the animation and not look right
check your animation now if all
looks well Save as a GIF..
You should be done!!
