Just have the stars on a layer to them selves and multiply the star layer 2 times.. so you have 3 layers all together of the stars.

First with these settings then on the other star layers... hit the Random seed button with each star layer.

#25. Hide two of the star layers... have the top merged layers and the bottom merged layers showing.

Right click on the top of your image and COPY MERGED.

#26. Open your animation shop now. Right click on it's desktop and paste as a new animation.

Back to PSP... Hide the one star layer that was visible and un hide the next star layer

Right click on the image top and COPY MERGED... over in animation shop.. right click on top of your new animation

and paste behind the currant frame.

Back to PSP.. hide the one star layer that was showing... and unhide the 3rd star layer... COPY MERGED

Over in animation shop..  paste behind current frame. You should end up with a 3 framed animation.

Check your animation to see if it looks ok... if so... Save as a GIF.
