I wrote this tutorial using PSP X6 July 16, 2015

Textures/ Stone Wall is used also
#1. Open pp1.jpg Shift + D to
duplicate Close original.. the duplicated window is your
#2. Right click on the background layer on the
layer palette and promote background layer.
#3. Apply your mask your going to use by going to
Layers/Load/save mask/load from disk... Find it in the drop
down preview window. Use the settings below.
#4. K on the keyboard (newer versions of PSP) or
Set to Scale, pull out the corners of the mask
layer to enlarge it
#5. Open el7.png Drag its layer from the
layer palette over to your working image window.
#6. Open pp2.jpg drag its layer over to your
working image window. Position its layer below the frame layer.
#7. Use the magic wand and click in the
middle of the round frame...(its layer has to be highligted on the
#8. Selections/ Modify/ Expande 10 pixels
INVERT and highlight the pp2.jpg layer and cut or delete.
Your image should look like below. Apply a 3Ddrop
shadow on the frame.
#9. Open the tube you're going to use.. Drag
her layer over to your working image window..
Below shows her with a 3D drop shadow applied
Open el30.png Drag its layer over to your
Open el3.png flipped.. use the deformation tool to

drag its layer over to your working image.. Duplicate the layer,
position beside each other.
Open el12.png resize 80% drag its layer over to
the working image.
Open el3.png drag its layer over to the working
Open el8.png resize 50% drag its layer over
to your working image window duplicate its layer 2 times, use
deformation tool to make it smaller
#12. Open el1.png resize 65% drag the cat's
layer over to the working image window.
Add a new layer.. drag to the bottom of the layer
palette. Fill with white.
Time to resize the whole image 85%
NOTE: ALWAYS TRY TO
REMEMBER TO APPLY A 3D DROP SHADOW TO ALL ELEMENTS
AND DO NOT CROP YOUR
IMAGES TOO CLOSE WHERE YOU CROP PART OF THE MASK LAYER OFF WHERE IT
WILL HAVE FLAT SIDES
Apply Eye Candy / Textures/ Stone wall to the mask
layer.. using these settings below.
#13.. Duplicate the Mask layer 2 times so
that you end up with 3 layers of it.
Use the Add Noise effect to all 3 of the stone
wall layers (mask) set at Random, Monochrome, 30% 34% and 36%
to each consecutive layer.
#14. Open your Animation shop.. In PSP hide
the two bottom layers of the mask/ stone layers
Have all the other layers showing Right click on
the top of the image COPY MERGED
over in Animation shop right click and paste
as a new animation
in PSP hide the top of the mask/stone layers and
un hide the middle one. Right click
Copy Merged over in animation shop
right click on your new animation and paste behind current frame.
in PSP hide the middle mask/stone layer and UN
hide the bottom one.. Rick click Copy Merged
in animation shop right click and paste behind
Check your animation and see if it looks ok. if
all is ok... Save as a GIF
you should be done!
