It would also help if you have a working knowledge of PSP.

#1.  Open paper (24).jpg  Shift + D to duplicate the image. Close the original , the copy is now your working image.

Right click on the paper's layer palette and promote background layer.

Apply the mask that was in the supplies zip to the paper  Merge/ merge group.

  Open  paper (23).jpg  C & P it

over to your working image below the frame layer.

Use your selection tool set on circle and draw out a circle over the frame area.

#3.  Invert your circle selection... and CUT on the paper (23).jpg layer.

#4.  Your image should look like this below.

#5. Open element (41).png  C & P over to your working image... position at 2 o'clock  duplicate and position the duplicate

at 7 o'clock.  Add a new layer on the bottom of the layer palette and fill with white.

#6. Open element (109) (pink snowflake)  resize 25%  duplicate and resize the duplicate 80%

Duplicate both sizes again...placement below.

Open the tube your going to use... resize accordingly

#7. Open element (104) (snowman)  resize 40% put it in the frame.

All elements have V=0 H=5 opacity 60% blur 10.00 color black.

the only place i changed the opacity was on the pink snowflakes.. brought the opacity down to 35%

#8. Open element (115).png (sign)  resize 60% put what text you want on the sign.

Open element (27).png (pink tree) resize 80% position it on the right above the splatters below the tube.

Don't forget your 3D drop shadow. Also the tube's copyright info .

After you have tweaked the positions of all your elements.. You can resize if you'd like..

Merge all the layers...Right click on the top of the image and COPY MERGED..

#8. Open your animation shop.. and right click on it's desktop and paste as a new animation.

Open the snow animation that was in the supplies zip... select all of it's frames (27 frames)

duplicate the one frame of your new animation till you have 27 frames also.. select all the frames..

Click hold and drag F: 1 of the snow animation over to F: 1 of your new animation.  You might have to do this step a few times.. to get it right

I ended up putting the snow animation on my tag twice , one under the other one.. so that the snow was on all of the image.

You can always UNDO if it don't look right to you... then save as a GIF.

always check your animation to see if it looks right to you...
